I like it a lot..... so far actually i LOVE it..... I can expand my knowledge of fine wines, spirtits and the art of making great cocktails!!!

I have moved to Laurel to the "Frat House" I live with 3 guys, who are single and under 25 (hence the name Frat House) they are all bartenders so you can only imagine how nights at home can be!!!

Still dating you know who for 2 years.

Christmas went well..... i am def giving a list for him next year :-P

I am driving, a nice little 1994 Nissan Sentra (which i believe is about to die on me) I hope it lasts till the end of february!!!!

2012 is going to be my best year!!!!!!

I will also update as much as possible.... this blog is more of a journal for me than a informative blog site soooooo if you don't like or have harsh criticism..... i don't care.... simply press the big red "X" at the top of the window and never come back!!! :-)

Average proof (80 proof) sweet and strong.  It runs through my veins!!!
It is a liqueur thats as strong as most vodkas, rums and tequilas .


here are a couple of my favorite uses:

As a shot, straight up no ice at room temp!!

In a Golden Margarita aka Cadillac Margarita (my version)
1 1/2 oz tequila (reposado or anejo)
1oz of fresh lime juice
1oz Agave Nectar
and topped with 1oz of GM
served on ice

My SydeKar
2oz Hennessy
1oz GM
1oz fresh sour mix
served on ice

The Egyptians

on a serious note i have been so out of touch with the current events going on in the world, because i have been lost in facebook, twitter, netflix and my DVR that i didn't even know till a couple of days ago that Egypt is going through a crisis right now..... they are fighting for their rights and their freedom!!!!!

 its making me step back and appreciate what i have and how i/we as a people (not just black, but women, other minorities and even rights of some white people) have fought so hard for what we believe.  freedom is the best gift we can all appreciate and i am glad that the egyptians are standing up and fighting the good fight. 

Egypt has a corrupt government, the military is killing and torturing protesters, they have no LGBT rights (which is punishable by death, prison, or fines), they have inflated prices of food and other products, they have most control over the profits of the big business there and are actually controlling the media (shutting down the internet and even shutting down telephone service) trying to make the revolutionists silent!!!

Oddles of Noodles

WOW i just bought a pack for old times sake.  back in the day:

i used to add eggs to my noodles
I used to add peas and/or hotdogs
i used to add an ice cube to the noodles because it was too hot lol
chicken was the best flavor
in college because i didn't have a stove i had to make them in the microwave!!!
i used to put 1 1/2 packs of seasoning so it could be saltier
i time my noodles for the perfect oddle lol (boil water, then add the noodles, let sit for 3 minutes, add seasoning, serve)

#tipoftheday dont order a drink- Drink half -then when the bill comes say "I didn't like my drink, can u take it off" tell me at first sip!!


#TipOfTheDay If ordering through 1 person, let 1 person pay, then divide what you owe them amongst yourselves. Always carry a little ca$h..

I love South Park..... Now I am starting from Season 1..... When I watch TV Series I HAVE to start from the beginning and have a marathon of it....ie watch 3 seasons of Dexter, californication or weeds.....i can't start from
the middle of the season.....

The Tree is back!!!

So, this is my first Christmas.... I took my tree down a few days ago.  Because of the "holiday rules" i have taken it down.....but because the tree gives off a nice "glow" to my apt i decided to put that bitch back up!!!!!!!! yes it is January 29th.....

This movie could have been much better by being more gruesome.  I watched this while on Advil PM....i should have just watched this instead of taking an advil PM
